the main floor features an open living room with deck access, gas fireplace, and a streaming tv (no satellite or cable), making meal times and movie nights extra cozy (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable October through April as they heat the entire cabin.) The main level screened in porch has outdoor seating and overlooks Lake Yanu.
the dining room table seats 4 with an additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar The kitchen is fully equipped with Custom counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hand mixer, dishes, silverware, serving spoons and bowls, 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig, pots and pans, knife block set, Bbq tools, casserole dishes, pizza cutter, cheese grater, measuring utensils, potato peeler, spatula, cutting boards, Tupperware, wine opener, can opener, toaster, pitcher, and baking sheets. There is a gas grill on the deck that uses propane tanks.

the lower level features an entertainment area with a streaming tv (no satellite or cable) gas fireplace, checkers table, arcade machine, and tic tac toe board There is a bedroom on this level that has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed set in it (room sleeps 4) and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The lower level deck features a 7 person hot tub overlooking Lake Yanu.

walnut mountain is a gated community with both a percentage of rentals and then full time residents The various properties are well maintained and the common areas as well as roads are kept in good to excellent condition. There are beautiful lakes, rivers/streams and waterfalls located in different areas of the neighborhood. Community amenities included are: swimming pool (usually opened from Memorial Day weekend through the end of August), basketball court, tennis/pickle ball courts, playground. The tennis/pickle ball courts are available on a first-come, first -served basis. There is also a library at the entrance of the community. If you take a book, please leave a book. There is also a very nice picnic area at the entrance of the community along the creek.
