Positive: Don't hesitate to book even if there aren't too many reviews yet. It is a new location, but worth the stay! Alex was extremely hospitable and offered advice for the stay and was always reachable if you needed anything. The neighbourhood was quiet and offered enough options to eat close by. Furthermore there are multiple supermarkets/shops just around the corner if you prefer to prepare your own meals (which you can easily with the stocked kitchenette). Generally parking was available right in front of the building, the furthest I had to walk was 2 minutes around the corner.
