Positive: The property is really big so it is nice and quiet if that's what you're after. It is alittle away from the centre of town (15mins) but there are still lots of restaurants and grocery stores within reach by bike or Grab delivery. Wifi connection to work online was great! Pool was warm & always clean and a washing machine is available for use especially for a longer stay. Drinking water is readily available throughout the property. Aircon and hot water worked perfectly. The host Sergei is super friendly and helpful & makes a delicious cup of coffee!

Negative: The property is surrounded by nature so insects and little creatures are abundant. But the host easily came to help with the bigger Tokay geckos that make their way inside. Bed was the hard mattress common in Vietnam.
