Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Easy location. Lovely staff. Good vibe all round. Clean & well set-up bathrooms. Comfy bed. Able to borrow a hair-dryer & I think there was also an iron available if needed.

Negative: Room air-conditioning too cold & unable to be adjusted. Fans would be so much more comfortable & cheaper to run. Kitchen is pretty well set-up & well-cleaned at the end of the day. I hate to say it, but perhaps some signage to clean up your own crap would be useful. Lots of fridges, but still quite hard to find space for even a small stash of food. Maybe staff need to go through the fridge boxes more regularly to remove stuff left from those who've checked out. Another tip to consider - a shelf or 'pocket' on the wall at each bed would be so handy. There is nowhere to place phone, book or specs etc other than on the floor, & that wouldn't work if you're on a top bunk.

Summary: I'd happily stay here again. Clean, safe, lovely staff & good location.
