Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The size was perfect for me and would have been fine for two as well. It was spacious by Japanese standards. The air conditioning worked well and the shower and water pressure were great! It was a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and there were plenty of convenience stores and a grocery store nearby.
Negative: I would have appreciated some hooks in the bathroom area to hang the bath towels. It would have also been nice to have a small bath mat to dry my feet after the shower. A towel in the kitchen would also be nice. Otherwise, the apartment was very comfortable and clean.
Summary: HIghly recommend - great value!
