The Farmhouse is a furnished 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom house (2 persons) with a den, forced air/heating and back patio with a barbeque.. There is an enclosed front yard for a dog.. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the house. Pet fee $50 ( see Bedroom details for additional animal policy).
The Farmhouse is rented long term for approximately $2775/month ($92/night) which includes trash, gas and electric(owner to pay first $50/month/utility with balance by tenant), phone, satellite tv, internet, Wi-Fi (basic- tenants can upgrade), outside maintenance, water and garage with washer and dryer.
