Prime location to use as a home base for outdoor activities. Hot Springs is a great destination in all seasons! The weather is mild & roads are tended in the wintertime. Restaurants and shops are open as well, & we love to hike the Lover's Leap trail on cool, sunny days while things are a bit quieter.

Two rooms with oversized Queen beds and brand new extra soft sheets and bedding. The 3rd bedroom has a queen and XL twin bunk bed with plenty of bedding and adjacent bathroom. The living room has large, oversized furniture for a comfortable gathering space.
