Positive: Since we booked in the middle of the October, we did not get the chance to used the pool or rather enjoy the summer(ish) side of the property. I am only writing this to emphasises that even without this element, the place is wonderful, the host very cooperative and location is just enough to be remote and the same time close to other necessary facilities in Labin(and Istra in general). Definitely booked under favorites for future stays and recommendations...
