we purchased this house pre-pandemic in hopes of remodeling it into our dream home Since then our family has grown by 2, so we are now a family of 6 and have unfortunately outgrown use for this home. It was originally built on stilts and then the previous owners enclosed the bottom part of the estate into livable space/ in-law quarters with 2 bedrooms and 1- double shower bathroom. It is not connected to the top part of the house nor is the top part of the house occupied by guests. It is vacant. We are keeping it this way and renting the bottom part and plan on bulldozing and starting from scratch in the next few years to accomodate the space we now need. Your booking allows access to all parts of the bottom enclosed in law suites and property grounds, patio, spa and rooftop balcony. It is exclusive to the guests who book. we look forward to hosting you!

lovely residential agcricultural area with private 125+ Acre estates across from Loxahatchee River Battelfield State Park with biking, running walking trails on property.
other things to note:
absolutely no swimming in the lake or pond or canal Strictly supervise children. There are alligators. Pets must be leashed at all times.
for parties with more than 6 adults, please inquire before booking The sleeper sofa will comfortably sleep 2 children each, but adults need to be aware depending on the size of the adult it may or may not be able to accomodate 2 guests per sleeper sofa.
