1 lost or missing items:
if any items (eg keys, towels, kitchenware, electronics, furniture, etc.) are lost or missing during your stay, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
guests must notify the host immediately if an item is lost or damaged during their stay

2 replacement fees:
a detailed list of replacement fees will be provided in the event of lost or damaged items
fees will be charged at the actual replacement cost, including any shipping or handling fees
if an item is discontinued or no longer available, a similar replacement item will be chosen, and any price difference will be added to the replacement fee
3 damaged items:
any items that are damaged beyond repair will be subject to a replacement fee, which will include repair or replacement costs as deemed necessary
minor damage (eg small stains or scratches) may incur a partial replacement fee, at the host's discretion.
4 key replacement:
lost keys or fobs will incur a replacement fee to cover the cost of rekeying and/or new fobs

5 final notice:
if any replacement fees are applicable, guests will be notified
