damage protection
instead of charging a security deposit, rpm rentals charges a non-refundable $175 `damage/management fee` that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.
