Summary: We had to run the dish washer twice a day to keep up w our dish, glass & coffee mug use. The kitchen in general is in need off a deep clean - all draws, interior cabinets, appliances, were dirty. The floor & rug were dirty & sticky. There was one role of paper towels, one dish washer pod, one trash bag,one tp roll per bathrm, no napkins. And there were tons of old sunscreens, bug sprays, etc left in various drawers. The kitchen/den/dinning airflow needs improving - the one fan worked only on the lowest setting.Bedrms were comfortable. Bathrm towels clean & were changed out mid week. But they didn’t change out the kitchen towels or beach towels & we were not allowed access to the W/D. House def has a water pressure issue - it’s very low. Bathroom showers could have been cleaner, but the view out the windows made me not care so much!Villa Kai is a beautiful house and set up great for five couples. But the whole house needs some serious TLC. The infinity pool too was wonderful, but is also in need of some repair and prob needs a daily cleaning.Concierge was very responsive & helpful overall & especially when the internet went out a couple times. The stairs to Trunk Bay were barely usable - there were a couple in our group who did not risk it because of orthopedic issues. But beyond that they were just old and rickety. Also need updating.
