for electricity, the villa is fitted with a prepaid meter which will be uploaded with 300 cedis of credit every 7 days The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required depending on the use of water heaters and air condition. Staff will be on hand to assist. As in most developing countries, from time to time there may be a power-cut. In the event of a power cut we have standby a generator subject to fuel top. Staff on hand will undertake this task.

the neighbourhood is less than 25 minutes away from the airport The neighbourhood is very diverse offering a mixture of residential and Ghanaian local community. The area is surrounded by shops, banks ATMs and fast food places like KFC Spintex and chicken Republic Spintex, all within walking distance. There are a number of supermarkets (Baatsona Total Filling Station) and the famous Junction mall ( of internationally standard) is just within 10minutes drive.
directly opposite the complex is matcare pharmacy and within 5 minutes walk there is a foreux bureau, a few places to order a meal and have it delivered like papa's pizza spintex All the places named can be traced and found on google maps to help you to plan your stay.

there is a taxi rank and a bus stop a mere 3 minutes walk from the complex where you can catch a ride to other parts of accra or alternatively staff will be able to call for a taxi on your behalf to come inside the complex
