this luxury waterfront villa has a spacious king suite with a private balcony, a full bathroom sits between it and the 2nd bedroom, which has a queen bed, and a full over full bunkbed on the main level there is a kitchen/dining room and 1/2 bath
there is a private dock for your boat or fishing! it includes the use of beach chairs, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards tennis, and pickleball courts, and has free private beach access at the end of the street, just a 4-minute walk!

walk out to a gorgeous deck for sunbathing or games Behind the deck enjoy the water with a private dock to fish off, or Kayak in the bay.
