Positive: Great stay in the heart of Tartu! Overall good hotel with quality food and attentive staff. Such a thoughtful gesture from hotel to keep estonian christmas tradition and give kids a treat from the elves.

Negative: Cleanliness of the room was bit lacking (stains on curtains, worn out towels, dusty wc). Otherwise good breakfast, but 2 suggestions: -keep allergen info on the labels. It’s annoying to ask about every single meal from the waiter who then needs to check with the kitchen. This way it saves time for both. - if possible add more options for baby food, I guess families are not target audience for this hotel but would be nice to have more than 2 options, especially when staying longer
