this log home has 3 spacious private bedrooms, one with a cozy queen bed, and the second with queen over queen bunk beds! there is a large loft space used as a third bedroom that features stunning mountain views from the king and queen-sized beds! the property has 3 full bathrooms the bathroom in the loft features a brass-fitted claw foot tub, perfect for soaking tired muscles after a long day of adventure!

1 no driving atvs, utvs, snowmobiles or other off-highway vehicles in the neighbourhood
2 To ensure the safety of guests, service workers and ourselves, guests must abide by BC health restrictions.
3 QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down in order to comply with the local noise bylaws. Noise violation fines range from $50 to $200 depending on the severity of the complaint. This will be charged to the guest if a noise violation report is received.
4 SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo. There is a fine of $250 if the property managers find evidence of smoking inside the condo.
5 CHECK-OUT TIME: We have a check-out time at 10AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will result to a charge of the nightly rate.
6 CHECK-IN TIME: We have a check-in time at 5PM. Unauthorized early check-ins will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
7 UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: You are allowed to have extra guests. Please make sure to add the total number of guests on the reservation. An accurate price will be automatically calculated based on the number of guests. Unauthorized guests not added on the reservation will result in a charge of $50 per guest per night.
8 NO PARTIES ALLOWED: Fine starts from $200CAD with possible eviction.

10 PETS: This unit is NOT pet-friendly.
11 We want your stay to go as smoothly as possible. We do not advise mailing items to the unit as we do not have access to a mailbox. However, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered. You may also rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages there if you are staying for a longer period.
12 It is the guest's responsibility to make sure no items are left behind at the property. If an item is found after checkout, we have a process in place for mailing the item. As we are not liable for forgotten or lost items, the guest has to cover any related mailing costs.
