Summary: I recently stayed in one of the suites at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Lina at the reception. Throughout my stay, Lina was always warm, professional, and attentive. Her kindness and thoughtful assistance made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to Lina, I am leaving Mandarin Oriental with wonderful memories and a very positive impression of the hotel. Her excellent service truly reflects the high standards of Mandarin Oriental.
