Summary: Unless you are a client looking for a high end hotel with the newest of amenities, room service and awesome views, with sky high nightly rates to match, this hotel is NOT for you. If you want a clean, quiet, well maintained older property with likewise amenities and furniture......although the kink size bed I stayed in was firm and very comfortable you will like the hotel. The rooms are quite large. There is also night life just around the corner, ie. sports bar, restaurants, etc. You are only a block away from the marina. They do offer a breakfast, but I did not try it. My guess is it is pretty basic. The parking was free and at the time I had no problem finding space. I suppose depending on the time of year, I found the rate very reasonable.
