The Guest House is steps away from an abundance of fine dining, shopping and beautiful Lake Minnetonka! Also located along the 15 mile Lake Minnetonka Regional bike trail, which travels east to Minneapolis, or West to Victoria and several beautiful regional parks. You will surely leave your stay with us energized, yet relaxed and refreshed.

Summary: We rented both the main house and the carriage house for a family re-union with 18 people. The house could not be better located - right on the best street and close to everything. It also sits up high off the street so it's fairly quiet. I would advise you to be very hesitant about renting this house in the summer. The AC units are only in the bedrooms. The kitchen and living room are almost unusable in the late afternoon and early evening. The room AC units work, but they are terribly loud. If you like large bed pillows, you are in luck. Every BR has identical, large pillows. There are no options. At least half of us prefer smaller pillows and many of us woke up with neck aches.
