Positive: My 12 year old daughter and I really enjoyed staying at this townhouse for a mother/daughter weekend of volleyball and football games at NC State! The house is huge (it does have a LOT of stairs though, since it’s a three story TH, so be aware of that), it has a large kitchen island, a really big comfy couch, and a great master bedroom mattress. I had a few questions about extending our stay and the host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. There was even ice in the freezer and cold bottled water in the fridge for us (that’s rare to find in any rental unit, so thank you)…Little things made our short stay so convenient. Thanks for offering such a comfortable place at a reasonable price; we definitely plan to stay here again in future trips!
Negative: It would have been nice to have TVs in each bedroom and EV charging options in the garage!
Summary: Next best thing to being at my own home and close to NC State campus!
