a fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential cooking appliances a living room provides a comfortable sofa for relaxation next to an open terrace with a dining table which offers a perfect spot to enjoy meals while overlooking the beach A laundry room is fully equipped with a laundry station (laundry machine and dryer) inside the home for your convenience.

camera locations: there is a doorbell camera at the main entrance gate and in the home entrance door, an additional camera monitoring outside the main gate A camera is also positioned on the stairways and another is located at the opposite corner providing a view of the back of the property. The two front cameras are looking from the court to the gate and beach. These cameras are connected and actively recording any outdoor activity at all times. Additionally, a motion sensor with an audible beep is activated on the stairs.
late check in fee: a $30 late check-in fee will be applied to guests arriving after 6 pm, a $50 late check-in fee will be applied after 9 pm in cash
