this newly-renovated, concept designed condo features two bright double master bedrooms with en-suite baths and greenery views and a half bath downstairs
the main bedroom mattresses are queen-sized and feature luxurious, brand-new hotel-inspired bedding Downstairs, there is also a high-quality, comfy Serta sofa bed and a super comfortable daybed pullout trundle. With 5 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.
in the condo, you'll find new flooring, industrial boutique design, high ceilings, nature views, 150 mbps wifi, and 3 uhd led smart tvs where you can log in to stream your favorite movies and shows
we provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.
coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary
this condo is conveniently located within walking distance from the oaks mall, starbucks, local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment it couldn't be better situated!
parking is free in front of the building

full access to condo, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, hdtvs, etc This is in addition to the living room, dining room, guest and master bed and bath and the neighborhood amenities like the pool and gym.

we're just down the road from uf! (3-mile drive!)
also conveniently located just off of interstate 75 and 1 min from starbucks, 5 min from publix and local health food store earth origins, and just 10 min from downtown gainesville
we also highly recommend a drive out to the natural springs (blue or ginnie, 30 min away)
getting around:
the neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like uber and lyft Public transportation is also available through Gainesville's RTS bus system.
