the main house of this oceanside retreat is 4 bedrooms with 35 baths located behind the two bedroom guest house on this gorgeous property. The first floor living area has a large open kitchen, stone counter tops, a 5-burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances, microwave, a bar that seats 6, and a dining room table that seats 10. The kitchen opens up to a living room with a 2-story cathedral ceiling, a flat-screen TV, and ceiling fans. Also off the kitchen is a utility room with washer/dryer and a hallway half bath. Just off the living room in the back of the house is a large screened-in porch that spans the width of the house, with a second dining room table that seats 10, an additional outdoor seating area, as well as a ceiling fan. The yard area has a small garden, gas grill, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.
