Positive: I couldn’t be more pleased with the apartment I booked—it exceeded all my expectations! Located right in central Nice, this top-floor gem was absolutely perfect. Despite being right in the center, the apartment was exceptionally quiet—a true oasis of calm, perfect for relaxing after a day out. As a very light sleeper, I always worry about noise when I travel, but I slept like a baby here. The cozy, slanted-roof bedrooms created a warm and peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and rest. The space is incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished with brand new, modern décor that made it feel very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and modern- all amenities were present including dishwasher and even small electrical appliances such as steam iron was provided. The bathroom was sleek and contemporary, with a great shower and high-end finishes. I loved the Velux windows with remote-controlled opening and blinds—such a smart touch that let in lots of natural light while keeping things cool when needed. The central AC kept the entire apartment at the perfect temperature, and the lift made access to the top floor effortless. Check-in was seamless, thanks to the electric door knob, which made arriving and settling in so convenient. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my stay and would absolutely return or recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice. A true 10/10 experience!
