Summary: there were wasp nests outside of both exterior doors. The pool is outside, and was very green and looked non-functioning. The room had a musky smell, the bed skirts were dirty. There was black mold on the ceiling above the shower. The shower pressure was not great, but the temperature was good. A/C stayed cold. There wasn't a key card, there was a physical key which needed to be dropped off to the front desk in the morning so that housekeeping could use it to clean the room. We didn't get the room cleaned because the front desk guy was not at the desk in the morning for breakfast, which was supposed to start at 7am. I had to call him on his cell phone, which he said that he had been up and down all night due to the hotel being booked solid and people kept calling him for stuff. So it caused him to be late the next morning (Saturday). There was a Texas centipede (we think) stuck in the overflow drain in the sink, which kept popping its head out every time it felt water. We had to try and kill it ourselves. The mattresses were not comfortable, pillows were terrible. The only positive was that there was a couch in the room which helped with our youngest (cause that's where he slept), which he said was more comfortable than the beds. WILL NOT BOOK HERE AGAIN!
