You are renting the entire lower portion of our basement rancher. You will have a separate driveway and entrance, and even your own outdoor porch area. We are only 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, 35 minutes from Townsend, and an hour and 15 minutes from Cade's Cove. If you like the mountains, we have a mountain view and we are only 5 minutes from Hwy. 129 that goes to the Dragon's Tail. We are located only 20 minutes away from TYS airport. There is one bedroom (queen bed), one full bath, a fully functional kitchen, a large living area, and even a small laundry room with washer & dryer. There is a nice queen hide-a-bed, and a queen air mattress available as well for larger groups. (We live in the upstairs portion of the house, but there are no kids or pets.).

Summary: I was a little hesitant renting a basement apartment with people living upstairs because of a previous experience, but this place was amazing!! Drove right up to the same level entrance to unload. I stayed here for 5 nights with 3 grandkids, waiting for their new home to be ready to move in. It was very conveniently located to get them to and from school and any place else we needed to go. Bill & Barbara we’re so nice very attentive to anything we needed - she even had Rice Krispie treats waiting for the kids. I barely knew they were upstairs (hope they felt the same about us). I will definitely go back when I visit my family there. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
