Summary: The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The room was dirty the bathroom sink was blocked and upon arrival i was charged an extra 20% for paying in cash. I was also told if i paid by debit card a further 5% charge would be added!!! The rooftop pool and terrace have very much seen better days and after a 28 day stay, to not have bed linen changed is pretty bad even for Mexico
