Positive: Hotel Mynd in Adeje was very clean, and it’s located in a fairly quiet area, so there wasn’t any disturbance or noise. The breakfast was also quite generous, with a good variety, and both the food and the kitchen staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Negative: Overall, our experience was very good. However, there’s one small downside: during our check-out, I asked the staff member who handled it whether it would be possible to get a coffee (it was included for the whole stay). We completed check-out at 12:00, and I made the request only about two minutes later. I couldn’t ask earlier because the reception was very busy and the staff member was occupied. The staff member explained that it would need to be paid because it’s requested after check-out. I understand the rules, but given that our request was reasonable and part of a service that could have been handled with a bit more customer care, it’s disappointing to end the stay on that note.
