Positive: Quiet, spacious, great hot water for shower, hot tub, ocean view from roof. We opened the BR window at night to hear the waves pounding all night. Ahhh. King Bed more comfy than the typical in southern Baja.
Negative: A few things didn’t work (a couple electrical outlets) but nothing major.
