While it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction.
this home is located on the private side of lake anna, which is not connected to the public side The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay.
