6) pets are not allowed Violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300 / per pet.
7) leftovers are strictly prohibited: properly dispose all your food waste to the garbage bag provided Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of $50.
8) proper sink/toilet usage: please refrain from disposing of any food/items in the sink/toilet to avoid plumbing issues Utilize the provided waste receptacles for other materials. Any guest causing damage to the plumbing system will be responsible for repair costs.
9) leave the home how you received it We ask that you treat this home with the same love and care as you would treat your own. Please note that moving of furniture is strictly prohibited.
10) keep the doors closed It can get hot if you don't leave the doors closed, and the A/C has to work triple its time.
11) damage: if the next guest cancels due to damage caused during your stay, you will be held liable for the resulting loss of income
