This charming, completely renovated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is a brand new rental. The home features creek and intracoastal water views and is only a 5 minute walk away from the beach! There is a completely fenced in backyard for your pup and has very large saltwater pool for swimming! The pool can be heated seasonally dependent on air temperature which normally is from mid March - mid November. The professionally decorated home is ideal for entertaining with an open concept layout, large screened-in porch and has a layout ideal for those that love to be both in and outside to enjoy the lifestyle and beauty that is Isle of Palms. The spacious screened in porch has ample area to eat, watch TV and family in the spacious backyard.
this rental includes use of the dock on the other side of palm blvd to crab, fish, paddle board or kayak (when high tide)
the well-equipt kitchen features thermador appliances including a large fridge and dual ovens There is both a drip and keurig coffee maker. The dining room has a table that seats 6 currently and located right off the kitchen.
an elevator services the ground floor and first floor of the home where one of the two master bedrooms is located All four bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms upstairs both lead out to the patio balcony which has seating for relaxation to read a book, enjoy a cup of coffee or watch the sunset from the area overlooking the intracoastal.

parking: there is parking in driveway and under home MAXIMUM OF 4 VEHICLES PERMITTED. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS! There is not an enclosed garage.
pets: $250 dollar non-refundable pet fee 2 dogs allowed per stay with host permission.
beach chairs, umbrellas for beach, paddle boards and kayaks can be rented None are provided with the rental.
local companies rent golf carts which we suggest for fun island transportation as well!

occupancy: sleeps maximum of 8 guests per iop regulations IF LARGER THAN 8 GUEST OCCUPANCY OR 4 VEHICLES. THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR SLEEPS AN ADDITIONAL 10 PEOPLE MAX. HOWEVER PARTIES OR GROUP GATHERINGS ARE STILL NOT PERMITTED IN RESIDENCE AT ONE TIME AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY PER PROPERTY STILL REGULATED BY HOST/ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY LOCATED ON IOP.
