This is a big city find in our relaxed tropical paradise! The double front doors open into the foyer, where the decor dazzles you. As you walk in, a glass door wall separates the dining room and great room from the beautiful outdoor living area. It can be opened up to create an indoor/outdoor paradise. Enjoy your stay outside in the heated salt water pool with swim shelf and spa with Spectacular basin view, & Dock with 85 feet of seawall. The outdoor shower makes transition from the pool to the living area easy! The grill master will be over the moon with the full outdoor kitchen on the stacked stone wall. The opulent travertine floors inside, flow into the travertine floors outside. Our Chef's Gourmet Kitchen is fully stocked with all new kitchen dishes, glasses, utensils, and all the essentials for cooking and bartending. The Chef will enjoy top end Samsung appliances (Induction Cooktop) and all the gadgets! The great room is complemented by a Wet Bar, an Office, and large smart TV, Coffered Ceilings, and all new modern furniture and decor.
