peak season (memorial day weekend – 3rd week of august)
• stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• stays must start or end on a friday (eg., fri–mon, mon–fri, fri–fri)
september & thanksgiving week
• 7-night stays must still follow a friday–friday schedule
• shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• friday and saturday nights must be booked together
(no saturday check-in or check-out)
off-peak season (mid-september – mid-may)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (monday–thursday)
• january, february, and april: 2-night stays allowed any night
• any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by faria resorts before booking
holiday restrictions
no check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• thanksgiving day
• christmas eve
• christmas day
