Southgate is a quaint gated community of 24 one-bedroom condos, and Saltwater Serenity is on the upper level (2nd floor) featuring 14-ft West Indies style ceilings. With high ceilings, rear French doors and screen doors in the front and back, Saltwater Serenity is bright and breezy.
