Summary: 1) The property had two key pads. One was very visable upon arrival, located on the property's ground floor next to the its address and sign that was on the house. After several attempts, it still did not open the door. We called the rental agency and they did send someone over. While waiting for that person to arrive, we did discover another pad on a relatively obscure door and that one did work. The rental agency person arrived and we explained to him the situation and no longer need help. 2) To use the hottub, had to unlock the padlock but key was not evident. Again,had to call rental agency who then told us where to find the key. Glad they were still open or we would not have had use of the hot tub that day. 3) We had 3 teenage boys wanting to play basketball but the only court was dominated by a large group of 20 something year olds for over a 6 hours period. Should be some time limits or half court only type rules in place.
