The Seawind just went through a complete Renovation, updating the entire house inside and out! Our home is located within walking distance of downtown Cannon Beach where you can enjoy the great restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. We are on Fifth St right across the street from Les Shirley Park and the Pacific Ocean, where you can walk directly through the park to access the beach. Enjoy beautiful views of the park and the sounds of the ocean from the upper deck. The home features four bedrooms and two full baths. Three Bedrooms include a king-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two king beds with two additional twin beds, a great family-friendly home. The two bedrooms upstairs both feature a Juliet balcony to enjoy the fresh ocean air, lots of storage, and 65 inch smart TVs. The kitchen has been fully updated with high-end appliances; Double Oven, Ice Maker, and it comes fully equipped with a large entertaining bar. The greatroom features a cozy gas fireplace, two 76 inch TVs, Wifi, Cable, and surround sound, with plenty of room for the entire family. From the main level, open the three french doors and enjoy the large private wrap-around deck with seating and a gas fireplace. The lower level includes two bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room. You can access the fully fenced yard and dry-covered deck with a new 8 person hot tub and firepit from the fourth bedroom. Enjoy this home's private setting, which includes a beautiful creek that runs directly through the property, lots of space for parking, a Tesla Charger, and RV Hook-ups with 50 and 30 amp plugs. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets.
