Positive: The apartment was cozy and well equipped, there was everything what you needed to spend a nice time and cook basic dishes. It is very close to the Szyndzielnia gondola and many bike roads. It was easy to find the place and host shared very detail instructions.
Negative: Even if the Internet speed was good, unfortunately it was not stable and breaking all the time.
Summary: Cozy apartment in great localization.
