Positive: The location is excellent, situated about 700m from the train station and local shops. Additionally, the neighbourhood is very pleasant and quiet.
Negative: While the remainder of our stay was quiet, we encountered several issues during the first night. The proximity of my room to the hosts' back door resulted in significant noise, including loud talking and a door being slammed around 10pm. I could also hear and feel the vibrations from the washing machine in my room. All of this was unexpected while I was trying to sleep after a long day. Additionally, there were some communication challenges as the hosts can't really speak English. I had to rely on their son to assist with basic needs, including setting up the Wi-Fi. Regarding the property's upkeep, it would have been preferable if the lawns had been mowed and the gardens and pathways weeded prior to our arrival.
