Summary: The staff were pleasant and polite, but not terribly helpful. I let them know that there was hair on my pillows and in the sheets in my bed and I asked for clean pillowcases and a fitted sheet. They gave them to me and I just changed the bedding myself. I don’t mind doing that, but it would’ve been nice for someone to acknowledge that it was gross and assure me that it wasn’t indicative of the overall cleanliness
