Summary: The house was in a great location, right across from a beach access and close to the market/restaurants. However, this is a listing posted by a property management company on the island, Intracoastal Realty. They have different payment terms and policies that were not clearly stated in the VRBO posting. Additionally, under the list of amenities it says includes community pool. It does not reference that the community pool would require purchasing an additional pass at the Bald Head Island Club, another 150ish per person. The staff at were not friendly or accommodating for the incorrect amenities and lack of information needed on the posting. Other things to note was the property was not well maintained. There was a crack in the glass on the front door, golf carts are not in great shape, and there were some very rusty items that need to be replaced. We rent every year on the island and were disappointed with this house, mostly dealing with Intracoastal Realty.
