Positive: A wonderful stay at Om Kolthoom Hotel in Zamalek! The location is perfect, in one of Cairo’s best neighborhoods — safe, lively, and full of charm, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Mina, Muzen Mohamed, Mootaz Bedair, Ahmad, Mazen, Mohammed, Mohamed Hassan, and Mohamed Ramdan, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and offered a great variety every morning. We especially loved the spacious 30m² room on the 15th floor, with a beautiful view over Cairo. A lovely touch was the soft Om Kolthoom music playing throughout the hotel, creating a classic Egyptian atmosphere without being too loud. Highly recommended!
