all new stainless steel appliances
two bedrooms each has a king bed The loft area has a trundle bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa.
there are two full bathrooms the master bathroom has a huge shower with glass door and custom tile
the other bathroom has a tub shower combo I provide all the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach toys for the beach so the guest does not have to rent or bring these items. sleeps 7
location inside the resort of south seas in an elevator building in the beach villas
elevator is back up and working for now but please ask prior to booking if necessary it was back up as of jan 2024 but again it is a mechanical items i do not guarantee it but it is up and working again
very tranquil location great biking

be sure to read bedding descriptions there are two king bedrooms and a twin trundle in the loft area THERE IS A PULLOUT SLEEPER BUT i DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. SLEEPERS ARE NOT COMFORTABLE.
elevators are functional but i make no guarantees as if they will be working during your stay due to the fact they are mechanical items i will not do refunds if elevator decides not to work during your stay
