The studio has a bed/living area, kitchenette and separate bathroom. You won't have to share any spaces. Car parking for 1 car is available at your front door on the property.

a kitchenette provides you with a bench, sink, fridge, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils, microwave and small electric skillet frypan Coffee (pods and granulated) and an assortment of teas are provided. You will also find complimentary liquid refreshments in the fridge.

the guest suite is underneath the main residence, so there will be some minor noise from time to time We try to keep that as minimal as we can. The suite is not suited to night shift working.
there is no washing machine in the guest suite There are laundromats close by and we can provide details of these on request. Please do NOT use the bathroom or kitchen sinks to wash clothing..
