this home will host up to 14 adults/kids The count includes infants/kids, and any "visitors" even if they don't sleep over.

• individual adults / work group? we have 7 total bedrooms containing 11 separate beds (6 king, others twin) so no one has to share a bed
• super easy beach access - stairs to beach are directly across street from this home there is nothing between this home and the beach stairway, beachfront!
