Positive: This house is large and spacious and located right in the heart of the Rockies. It is about an hour from Aspen, 45 minutes from Vail, and just a few minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs. Plenty of parking and nestled in a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants close.

Negative: No air conditioning.
