Positive: Dear Sir/Madam, I have stayed there several times before and can confidently say that it was a real pleasure. The main reason would be the personal attention to your staff. I like to take a moment to add a special thank you to Igor for his personal attention and support during our stay. Originally, I had a room with poor lighting, which also smelled like someone had smoked in it. Igor made sure to quickly find me another room which was appreciated. Additionally, he helped me and my other colleagues with hotel services, directions and other local information about our stay and nearby attractions. He was very attentive, spoke perfect English and was easy to communicate with. It certainly made our stay very comfortable. We were all very happy to stay there again and will be returning for our next business trip in the future. Many thanks, Narciso Dominguez
Negative: We originally had a room which smelled like someone smoke in it. Although disappointed it was corrected very fast.
