This remodeled townhouse has three floors of living space . Brand new kitchen and appliances. Full stairs to second floor. The master bedroom is an en-suite with a king size bed and brand new furniture. The bathroom has a walk in shower. Down the hall, another bedroom with a king bed . Each room has its own smart tv for viewing at the end of your day. Second bathroom with walk in shower on 2 nd floor The loft, which is the third floor, has full size bed and a twin with a smart tv. Brand new hurricane windows throughout. Living room large smart tv. Comfy couch seating area. The patio area is large and looks out over park like grounds. There’s 2 tennis and pickle ball courts, large pool and a lovely beach with a dock to walk out on for sunset horn blowing. Snorkeling and fishing is always exciting. Walk next door to Founders Park for live entertainment and the famous Nautical flea market. Along with so many more activities. Too many to list! Don’t miss out on your piece of paradise Another added note… I have OUTSIDE cameras , one facing parking lot and another facing backyard for your safety and for peace of mind from unruly and rule breaking guests that I had the unfortunate experience this past week I have nothing to hide I-simply want to protect my property and personal belongings.

Summary: The condo was really nice and looked exactly as pictured. It was clean and well maintained. The location was great, next to Founder's park. The pool and small beach area were also very nice. The beach wasn't ideal for swimming, but great for sunbathing, paddle boarding, or looking for critters. The pool was heated, but no hot tub. The only thing I would mention about the condo, the bedroom with the two single beds is a loft room and the ladder to get to the room is in a small closet and may be tricky for little ones to get up on their own. We had an 8 and a 9-year-old with us, and they were able to get up and down the ladder without issue, but if you are traveling with toddlers, it may be more difficult for them. They would probably need assistance getting up and down the ladder. The host was wonderful to work with and communicated in a very timely fashion. I would definitly book this location again in the future!
