paradise found, nestled on 200ft of oceanfront on the shores of boughton bay, is a brand new 4000 sq foot, 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach house that was constructed in 2022 and is perfect for large groups or 2 families (sleeps 15)
the location is secluded and peaceful - the entire front of the house has stunning ocean views and there is also a lawn for kids to run and play on, with the beach literally steps away and easily accessed by a set of aluminum stairs When the tide is out - you can walk for miles on the red ocean sand floor and hunt for ocean treasures (we have even played baseball!) and splash and swim in the warm bay water when the tide is in.
the house is open-concept and airy, with soaring cathedral ceilings in the great room that are framed by floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean There are plenty of seating options and a propane fireplace for evenings that get a little chilly. Above the great room there is a loft with a couch for additional relaxation space that also has views of the ocean. You will enjoy family style dinners at the custom made dining room table that seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen island for 6 people.
the master bedroom has a king bed, smart tv, walk-in closet, cathedral ceilings, ensuite bathroom with custom tiled shower and soaker tub, double vanity with plenty of storage There is also a sliding glass door out to the deck.
there are 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor with custom closets, and an additional 4th bedroom with 2 twin over twin bunk beds and a single bed as well
above the garage there are another 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a bonus room with couches, kids games, puzzles and a smart tv with a nintendo wii The garage bedrooms have desks and office chairs - if you must work while at Paradise Found - you will have a spectacular view while doing it! All bedrooms have blinds and ceiling fans.
there is a laundry room with washer and dryer - all bed linens and bath towels are supplied along with 10 beach towels
the kitchen is well stocked and has gourmet appliances to meet all your cooking needs, including 6 burner gas range, 2 dishwashers, microwave drawer, bar fridge, air fryer and keurig coffee maker The 10 ft granite island allows for tons of prepping space for those who love to cook, and there is also a pantry with the basic staples provided.
outside on the ocean-facing deck there are 10 adirondack chairs for enjoying the view, as well as a screened in porch with a couch to lounge on while admiring the spectacular sunsets pei is famous for The windows in the screened in porch open top to bottom and vice versa, so you can have as much fresh air as you wish. There is also a ceiling fan. Newly added is a gym space in the yard - workout while you enjoy the screened in view.
the beach house is located at the end of a quiet rural road, surrounded by farmland and a handful of adjacent cottages You will wake to the sound of ocean waves and fall asleep to the same. You will never feel more relaxed than when you are at Paradise Found.
