family room boasts high ceilings with a large leather sectional, 77 inch oled tv and sonos surround sound system for an outstanding movie and music listening experience Master bedroom boasts a King size bed with lovely en-suite bath-walk-in shower-bathtub and includes a 55 inch TV. Guest room #1 and #2 have Queen size beds and 43 inch on wall TVs. Outside by the pool there is an additional on-wall TV, gorgeous seating area and sound system for relaxing by the pool. Home includes a full kitchen, waterfall island, dining area, breakfast nook and butlers pantry. Refrigerator water and ice are filtered for superior taste. Home includes 8 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart and multiple coolers. Beach towels are also available. Multiple games to keep the family entertained. A second refrigerator is available in the garage if needed. Home is a short walk to Mackle Park which features a playground, two dog parks, shuffleboard, bocce, basketball, fishing, volleyball & more. The YMCA is also just a 5 minute walk, offering monthly and daily membership passes. They offer a wellness center with state-of-the-art equipment, pool, tennis center, lighted for evening play and outdoor pickleball courts.
